What are Foam Adhesives
Our polyurethane adhesives for flexible and rebonded foams are designed for bonding both foam-to-foam and foam-to-other surfaces. These systems are available in solvent-free or low-VOC versions and are widely used in the automotive, furniture, and mattress industries. We also offer high-performance, fast-curing adhesives specifically developed for bonding household sponges to abrasive pads (green scouring layer).
Foam and sponge adhesives are engineered to provide strong, flexible bonding for porous, lightweight, and compressible materials like polyurethane foam, polyethene foam, memory foam, and various sponge types. These adhesives are widely used in furniture manufacturing, automotive interiors, bedding, packaging, and acoustic insulation applications.
Depending on performance requirements and application method, foam adhesives can be water-based, solvent-based, or hot melt, as well as sprayable contact adhesives.
