What is Wall Insulation
PLUSOL R-102-xx is a high-performance polyurethane insulation system developed to prevent heat losses that may occur on the exterior and interior wall surfaces of buildings. Fully compatible with various substrates such as wood, concrete, plaster, and boards, this system aims to improve energy efficiency with its outstanding technical properties among wall polyurethane raw materials.
Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, high adhesion strength, and enhanced mechanical durability, PLUSOL R-102-xx provides long-lasting and sustainable insulation solutions for buildings. Developed in accordance with modern construction standards, the system can be safely used in both new projects and renovation applications.

Technical Properties and Standards
PLUSOL R-102-xx is designed to meet international technical standards. Its polyurethane density ranges between 28–32 kg/m³ in accordance with EN 1602. Thermal conductivity values comply with EN 13165 standards at 0.021–0.023 W/mK, providing a thermal resistance of 2.5 m²K/W.
Fire performance is classified as Class E according to EN 13501-1 and Class A according to ASTM E-84. Water absorption is below 2% in accordance with EN ISO 354, while the closed-cell content exceeds 90% according to EN 14509. Vapor diffusion resistance ranges between 50–100 as per EN 12086, and the system offers a wide operating temperature range.
