Overview

What is Hot Water Tank

PLUSOL R-110-xx is a high-performance, two-component polyurethane insulation system specially developed for use in hot water tanks, cold-water storage systems, industrial tanks, and central heating boilers.

With its advanced chemical formulation, it delivers excellent thermal insulation, strong adhesion, and long-term dimensional stability, making it an ideal choice for manufacturers who demand energy efficiency, durability, and production consistency.

The system has a closed-cell foam structure, which significantly reduces thermal conductivity and prevents heat transfer. It ensures gap-free and continuous insulation, minimizing energy loss and improving the overall efficiency of heating and cooling systems.

Detail

Boiler - Hot Water Tank Polyurethane Systems

PLUSOL R-110-xx adheres strongly to steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and HDPE surfaces. This high bonding strength prevents foam separation, increases system durability, and maintains insulation quality over time.

Thanks to its optimized formulation, the system spreads uniformly inside the tank or boiler casing, filling even complex geometries. This prevents problems like shrinkage, voids, cracking, or powdering, ensuring smooth foam density throughout the application.

Even under high temperature variations, the material maintains its mechanical strength and volume stability. It resists deformation and ensures the long-lasting structural safety of storage tanks and boiler systems.

Designed for both manual and automatic injection machines, the system offers controlled reaction times, allowing for efficient processing, reduced labor cost, and shorter production cycles.
