What is Sole & Insole
As of 2016, it has also started the production of polyurethane systems used for soles and insoles used in shoe manufacturing. PLUSOL-A and PLUSNATE-A are superior quality polyurethane systems for all types of shoes. They are lightweight but wear-resistant polyurethane systems with excellent physical and long-term mechanical properties.
Suitable for the production of both seasonal and sports soles. These PU systems are specially produced with different hardness values ranging from 45-90 Shore-A and molded density between 35 and 55 km/m 3 according to their usage values.
Pluskim shoe systems provide almost unlimited design freedom in terms of shape, color and texture. Pluskim slipper systems with high abrasion resistance and flexibility have a wide range of hardness and density values. Having features such as production success in low mold density makes us a leader among polyurethane manufacturers. In general, Pluskim injection slipper systems are slipper systems with a mold density of 25-35 km/m 3 and a hardness of 55-70 Shore-A.
